『asobi sake ceramics』は、神楽坂「ふしきの」店主・宮下祐輔さんの日本酒サービスのメソドロジーを反映し、世界中の誰もが、最も美味しく日本酒を楽しめることを目的に開発されました。

器は、サイズや形状、口造りの厚さや角度などが緻密に計算され、熟練した有田焼の職人の協力のもと、有田焼の原点である美しい白磁で形づくられています。
3種類の酒器ごとに甘味や酸味の感じ方が変化し、冷酒だけでなく、お燗も美味しく飲むことができます。日本酒の特徴や、和洋問わず様々なお料理に合わせて、お楽しみください。

Asobi Sake Ceramics reflects the methodology of Mr. Yusuke Miyashita, sake expert at Fushikino, with the goal of providing specially designed ceramics to everyone around the world, so they can enhance their sake experience. We work closely with Arita-Yaki craftsmen from the island of Kyushu where Japanese artists have been making high-quality white porcelain dating back to the 16th century. Our ceramics use precise calculations in areas of size, shape, thickness, and lip angle to enhance the sake experience. While each cup is designed for a particular style of sake, they all compliment warmed and chilled sake and can be used with both Japanese and Western foods.
